@Vism becomes the latest forumite to send UKPC and DCB Legal scurrying away from facing them in court. Their scare-stunt didn't work .... once again!

Bit of info for people going through the process.

My discontinuance came after submitting a defence but before my witness statement.
They rang to barter beforehand, just say no.
After 2 weeks I hadn't received notification from the court and MCOL reported the case still open. Turns out MCOL isn't updated so if you're worried, contact the court. You'll probably be fine but it's always good to know.

But you have received a N279 Notice of discontinuation along with the letter, so you should be OK to assume it is true.  MCOL isn't involved once the case is transferred to a county court.

The discontinuation notice is FINAL FOR YOU

You are right, who would trust this so called legal called DCBL, 
BUT as usual they chickened out because they knew the UKPC claim was utter crap. 

We simply cannot have a so called legal wasting the courts time and tax payers money living in cloud cuckoo land

Complain to your MP for a full investigation by the MoJ into these Kray Twins and the money they cost the court system with clearly fakery

The good news about the MoJ is that RAAB has chickened out as well .... what will Rishi do about the Kray Twins ???

I have an offer to settle by letter rather than email, but before my witness statement or directions questionnaire. It asks me to call them to settle.

But their directions questionnaire is attached, which is odd because I thought that was just for the court.

Hoping for the next stage soon!

As this is a list about DCBL TIMEWASTING for motorists and the courts, everybody has the option to ask the MoJ why this timewasting and cost to the taxpayer is allowed.

RAAB has gone as Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State

Now we have Alex Chalk KC MP Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice
You can either contact him at Westminister or via your own MP asking for a full investigation into DCBL

UKPC & DCB Legal try it on in a residential setting but hit the rocks when @SimonStone09, with little help from the forum, rolled them over to force discontinuation
