I suspect (but don't know) that parking firms are paid £100 (maybe less, could be £60 or something in between) per PCN recovered each month, minus 'costs' for 'additional checks' (certain cases only) or court claim filing fees, and legal rep attendance fees wasted on claims that fail or fall away.

If I'm right, no wonder DCBLegal's accounts are in the millions.

If I'm right there is zero cost to DCB overall and massive profit from:

    - people who cough up £170 due to letters

    - default CCJs that average £500, when you factor in that almost half are multi-PCN cases

    - judgments collected by DCB Ltd , who we've seen adding £200-£250 on top, almost immediately after judgment, despite the fact bailiff reform capped first bailiff fees at £75.

Even if they return the full £100 per PCN they'd be banking double that, on average.

UKPC and DCB Legal have made a complete balhamox of their case against @Balhamox, and, once again, have discontinued.

@zane1998 becomes too much of a pain for UKPC/DCB Legal as he forces them into submission. Discontinuation number:
