Are there any grounds for seeking compensation for wasted time due to this pattern of dropping cases? I've just received the letter from DCB saying UKPC are 'going ahead' with the claim after reviewing my defense.
Obviously I won't be paying a settlement and will go to court if it comes to that, but it'd be great to pursue some financial compensation if there's any potential from a legal standpoint?0 -
