So you are number 98 THAT WE KNOW OF ?    Good news for you.

The time has now come to report DCBL to the SRA and the MoJ o investigate this legal

If the SRA are not interested, then the MoJ and government should investigate the SRA because this timewasting of the courts by DCBL must be stopped and sanctioned

What a milestone. Thanks for updating @Coupon-mad, 🇿🇦 internet spotty and very frustrating. 

So, 100 known discontinuations reported on this thread since we started counting on 5 August 2022. That's 192 days ago, so more than one case discontinued every two days. But don't forget, this is likely the tip of a much bigger iceberg. How many families are being put to distress by this uncaring misuse of threatening court proceedings, sleep deprived nights, and making victims jump through hoops, just to avoid a judgment in default. 

The DLUHC alongside the MoJ should carry out an urgent investigation into this appalling abuse of the legal system!

I imagine the boss of DCBL knows about such abuse ?
We have only seen 100 of these fake claims, just how many people have paid DCBL in fear, it could run into 1000's

It's not just the MoJ that should investigate, it must involve Action Fraud

As far as the DLUHC and the JR, clearly DCBL has scuppered that and must pay the penalty which could well mean refunding all those affected.
It does need the Police to sort this out

I wonder how much light the ex BPA director Steve Clark can shed light on this as he now works for DCBL
