Assume this has been allocated to your local court. You can always go in to your court for clarification if emails and phone calls don't work.1

The problem is that this is probably just the tip of the iceberg. There are probably many more than this number that do get followed through and how many of those do they win by default or because of a poor defence?
To these people, it is just a game of probabilities. They are more likely to in more than they lose. "Stupid"? Maybe but more likely that these numbers are just the tip that don't get followed through.3 -
