But of course, your WS bundle is emailed not posted, as discussed on every single DCBLegal thread you care to read.  Just copy and adapt what others have done.

Sending something direct to Highview, when they are using a solicitor for this process, would be like contacting sellers directly with your deposit for buying a flat!  Of course nothing goes to Highview themselves. They are using a solicitor for a reason.

Very well done, it's taken 12 months of crap for you to deal with, but now it's over. Your case will be highlighted in the DCB Legal Discontinuations thread of shame.

    Good stuff 👍
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

it first started 31st July 2017 with the first letters
To yes 12 months ago threatened with taking to court to get to this point when there was no clear evidence of me doing it as I know it wasn't myself it was someone else (who I do know). I will also take joy in it costing the parking company for all their letters and postage.

Great to know this worked out, as predicted!

    Well done!

    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

Please please come back to take part in the final Public Consultation to change and cement the law and ban the fake + £70 extortionate debt 'fees'.

Opens soon; my best guess is the Consultation will run over this Summer because the BPA anticipates it will be then.

Come back and be heard by the Government.  Your only chance.

Read, bookmark and set email alerts for new posts on the 2022 replies in thd top sticky thread by MSE_JC.  We will tell everyone there when the Public Consultation opens.
