I wouldn't bother replying to that.

With any luck you'll get an email soon saying they are giving up the chase.

This is already answered in the Template Defence thread (first post) that tells you about the fully expected first letters and forms.

Even if that email has arrived a bit later in the process, the advice is the same as in the Template Defence thread (note: NOT the NEWBIES thread).

I thought I'd draw your attention to this fairly recent thread which you might have not yet seen. You must keep going through all the necessary court procedure phases, but the hope is that your case will follow the same pattern as all those detailed in the thread.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

That old copy and paste paragraph is now a bore, we know the motive, a last ditch attempt to get you to pay ?  They know a court spanking awaits them

And when they say this ....
To assist the Court in achieving its overriding objective ....... what a joke ... they waste the courts time ..... PROOF ?    70+ CASES DISCONTINUED ... a lot more to follow

No need to reply to a begging letter, just feel sad for them getting involved in the mickey mouse parking industry,  BE PATIENT

Not absolutely guaranteed, but you must keep going through all the phases required.  What is guaranteed is that if you fail to keep to the required schedule, you will lose and have a rather nasty CCJ to sort out - potentially costly and complicated to resolve.
