Those pesky Aliens 👽🛸✨ kidnapped me again and have only just escaped!!! Fortunately as I was in outer space I was unable to go to the shops and so finally accrued a few NSDs!!! Ahem 🙄

Toni'sFriend I remember that month I did!!! I'll have to dig it out and bring it back to port for a monthly challenge again when I get my act together and commit to daily check-ins! Bad Abundant!
Has been a busy week. Am getting there slowly with reclaiming habits... Mindfulness back on track, as is bed making and getting to bed on time. Others are a little hit and miss still - but if I can nail these it's something. Am back on 16:8 intermittent fasting, and doing well with that so far. For anyone interested in it - I can recommend a book by 'Fast Feast Repeat' by Gin Stephens. Also pretty much on track with finances - WHOOP!!! 👏🏻
Today I am grateful for:
1) Cooler weather (and rain!!!)
2) My Dragonlance books 😍
3) A few days off
Looking forward to a couple of days after today to rest and unwind. Up to date with all my chores too!

Some of those names are a blast from the past! 2017??? really??Bathed and hair conditioned this morning, bedroom tidied, laundry on the line (23 degrees, blue skies, sunshine) DH emptied 2 tubs of spuds he has grown. Today I am grateful for good sleep, getting dc out, for finishing some final final marking, for finding wools, for watching the Enola Holmes film on notflicks and quite enjoying it even though it was wildly different from the book.

Added 2 items to CS bag, binned a leaky wheat bag (multiple holes), received a bid on 1 item on flebay. Did around half a dozen admin jobs (Inc DH's tax return) - not a bad day!
