@sarahTT. Out of interest, did you get the FREE £5 or FREE £15? Just seems that spending the extra £10 will give you more free minutes/text/data to play with before having to top up. Of course you lose that money if you never go above your allowance.

No, you don't loose any money if you "don't" go over yr allowance

Ive been with them for over a year and cant fault them, remember to make a call ever 90 days to keep sim active
That's good to hear. Their plan seems too good that I'm wondering if I'm missing something but I think I understand it now and thanks for pointing out the 90 days to keep the SIM active.

Sorry, what I meant was if you never go above the allowance that the FREE £5 gave you and you decide to leave, you've paid the extra £10 for nothing if you bought the FREE £15 plan.

I think that what the OP is really asking is if you use all of your £5 or £15 up, perhaps in error by going over the 250 mb, or minutes, do you then have to make up the amount back to £5 or £15.  If you don’t do that then you could just keep going over the limit and they could not get their money for the used up credit.  Hope I have explained this well enough.  At some stage RWG will need everyone to keep to the £5 or £15 balance agreement.  I too have wondered so maybe we should just phone C/S and ask the question there?

The only thing that you could be missing is that there is no foreign roaming on these two cheap deals.

Reguarding roaming,i had the £15 free bundle, when i went ro spain iwanted the £22 100gb data.,so i topped up another £10 ,so my balance was £25,used the bundle abroad,no £2 a day charge either, like other networks, got home and after a month it reverted back to my original bundle, and you dont have to top up another £15.
Hope rwg go for a long time, cant fault them

Lack of WiFi calling is the big missing feature for me.

Were you able to do that via their web page or did you need to ring them to set it up?

I had to e mail them,as i top up at a paypoint store.
If you pay  by card it can be done on website,by quoting the bundle code and sending a text to 669

Wouldn't they just stop letting you make calls etc - like any other PAYG that runs out of credit?
