Lad said:@sarahTT. Out of interest, did you get the FREE £5 or FREE £15? Just seems that spending the extra £10 will give you more free minutes/text/data to play with before having to top up. Of course you lose that money if you never go above your allowance.0

I think that what the OP is really asking is if you use all of your £5 or £15 up, perhaps in error by going over the 250 mb, or minutes, do you then have to make up the amount back to £5 or £15. If you don’t do that then you could just keep going over the limit and they could not get their money for the used up credit. Hope I have explained this well enough. At some stage RWG will need everyone to keep to the £5 or £15 balance agreement. I too have wondered so maybe we should just phone C/S and ask the question there?0

Reguarding roaming,i had the £15 free bundle, when i went ro spain iwanted the £22 100gb data.,so i topped up another £10 ,so my balance was £25,used the bundle abroad,no £2 a day charge either, like other networks, got home and after a month it reverted back to my original bundle, and you dont have to top up another £15.
Hope rwg go for a long time, cant fault them0 -
