Still not working for me, I'm on Chrome on Windows 8.10

Tried again this morning Chrome still not working. I checked and I've got the latest version of Chrome (103.xxx).
Changed my browser to Microsoft Edge (setting it as default) and succeeded in login in so that works.
It's annoying that every time I want to login to my NS&I account I've got to change browser. Hopefully this will get resolved.0 -
It’s working ok in my Chrome, which is nearly clean out-of-the-box, only a couple of extensions, no ad blockers etc.
I even cleaned cookies, which meant I had to re-authenticate, as expected. Worked again w/o problems.
Have you checked what modifications you made to Chrome?0 -
Have you tried running Chrome in Incognito mode?2

Why is this company incapable of implementing anything that isn't riddled with issues? First the issue with the security generated number not working from certain phones and now this.0

That said, I have been with them for years and never had any problems.
I use Chrome as do you so it must be an issue specific to you, and the one or two others reporting problems, rather than a general issue.0 -

And I've not logged on to try to set a pin. I'm not going down that rabbit hole. I'm just grateful I don't need to log on to check my premium bond winnings1 -

I have Premium Bonds which may one day need to be redeemed in case of emergency. I will take on board your comments, and be a bit more wary than I am at present.0 -
FWIW - I spotted this thread and realised that I haven't logged in to their site for a while as I only have Premium Bonds, so just logged in, set my 6-digit pin and got into my account without any issues. That's using the latest version of Chrome on a PC running Windows 10 Pro.0
