I  logged on yesterday, but so far no request to set up two factor authentication. Has it just started today, or is is maybe being rolled out in stages?
I had to do it just now so I guess it has just started today.

Tried logging in on my normal firefox browser with no luck as it just went round in circles as per FatherTireseus, so tried Chrome and that worked fine (for me) and PIN is now set up.

Same problems here, set up new PIN OK, enter OTP and it just cycles back to the login. Firefox and Chrome on laptop, cleared cache, cookies etc. Phoned them (less than 5 minutes) and long story short - wait until they've sorted out the gremlins

Thanks. Looking at the other posts, I will leave it until later. I only logon intermittently anyway.

I set up the PIN on Chrome this morning without any issues.

Just out of interest following this thread, I logged in a few moments ago on Edge and registered 6 digit PIN to add "trusted device" no problem.

Will they require you to create another new PIN number for every device you register?

I’ve got pins coming out of my flippin ears

I'm on Chrome. First noticed this problem yesterday. (I managed to create the 6 digit pin). I've deleted all browsing history but continue with the same problem today (still on Chrome).
I'm not happy about attempting a different browser and using it every time I want to login.
Hopefully their boffins will resolve this soon.
