No it should have recorded the fact you defended. They overlooked your defence!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Well I've emailed the CCBC on CCBC@justice.gov.uk and got an auto response back.
Got an auto response back from ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk. I had to put literally just my case number in the heading to get this back
Also complained to the HMCTS and got a reference number too from them (This was really easy to do and you just use the .gov website. so simple!
Will call tomorrow after I finish work1 -
Quick small update, someone has got back to me from CCBC complaints (ccmccandccbc-complaints@justice.gov.uk) asking for me to forward the original defence email to them to be looked at (As annoyingly which I didn't notice, my screenshot from my phone I sent for the complaint did not show the defence attached) But to clarify it defiantly was attached when sent 2nd of Jan.
So at least they seem "fairly" quick at getting back regarding complaints1 -
I received the following this evening:
Hi XXXXXX, thank you for providing the evidence. I can clearly see you sent your response and I am very sorry this was not processed.
I can confirm the Judgment will be set aside and your defence processed.
The next stage will be for the claimants to inform the Court if they wish to proceed with the case. If they do then Direction questionnaires will be sent to you to complete, again there will be a deadline for you to return to the Court.
Again I am very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused you XXXXX
and now back to the waiting game to see what DCBL say. I bet they are gutted

Good to see the courts taking responsibility for this, and actually resolved very quickly! Have received the notice in post that the judgement was set aside etc. Already received the N100 form from DCBL Legal so on we go!

Terrible that they are so bad the CNBC are letting consumers down then paying off those who realise they can/should complain.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Good for you - but surely it would be cheaper for CNBC to fix the problem rather then keep paying out compo1
