Sorry for not getting back sooner. After reviewing the photos sent back, the fine is being paid. There was no thign sent back from the building manager. However a second has now been sent through which has only 6 months left before 6 years have passed. Same place. A SAR has once again been asked for from Spring parking on this.

A 30 day debt denial has been put in place by DCBL who have sent through photos that are apparently of signage in the car park. They have not however shown that this signage they have sent through is for the car park in question. There is no address, no parking id number etc that shows the location. As such, I have asked for evidence from them to confirm that the photos of signage sent through are indeed of the car park in question

There was no 'fine'.

So what is being paid and why?  Photos are not a reason to pay a case that will be discontinued later by DCBLegal at zero cost.

No-one pays £170 to DCB Legal here, if that's what you mean. Please stop...

Why on earth have you paid a speculative invoice from an unregulated private parking company? This was DCB Legal acting for them which means that if you'd defended a claim, they would have discontinued before it ever got to court.

There was no "fine". You are not dealing with any "authority" that has the power to "fine" or "penalise" anyone. They are a private company of ex-clamper thugs who have conned you. Do you realise that because you have now funded their scam by being so gullible, you were marked as a "mug" for future targetting and that is exactly what has happened?

Please tell us that "being paid" means that you haven't already made that mistake, funded the scam and become a part of the problem.

Unfortunately yes, I have become part of the problem with the 1st one. I put a "judges hat on" and weighed up paying or not. Unfortunately the pay outweighed. Hands are held up to that and naivety took over 

Rest assured this 2nd invoice will not be paid and will be fought right through

Under no circumstances do you pay, you have been ripped off once, NEVER AGAIN.

This is now playtime with DCBL .... BE PATIENT and follow what this forum tells you

REMEMBER .. DCBL are trying to scam you again adding a fake amount

They'd have discontinued. It wouldn't have got before a Judge.

They will discontinue the second one.

@spurdog1, please start your own thread for advice. Jumping into someone else's thread just sows confusion. A bit like interrupting someone else's conversation with something not under discussion.

Blue badge rules don't apply in car parks on private land.
