Have submitted. Did it just after 4pm, I have received the email acknowledgement for them. It says that anythign received after 4pm will be treated as being received the next working day. Should I resend again between the hours of 9 and 4pm or will it be ok as we know the system is rubbish.
Many thanks for everyone's help so far!0 -
No need to do anything more with your Defence filing.
Checking your MCOL Claim History next week will show your Defence filed with tomorrow's date.
Keep you eye on that checklist you were following while you wait for your Directions Questionnaire.2 -
Hi all,
Just a quick one. I submitted my defence early last week (as can be seen above) yet the claim history does not yet show this still (I did receive the auto reply email) What does it mean by a bar placed on this claim (see red arrow). Is this a way of showing defence raised by email perhaps?
Many Thanks!

You need to ring the CNBC up to check they haven't overlooked your defence.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Spoke to CNBC today, they're working through defence's still from the 8th of December so might be waiting a while!1

Great, so this has happened. No paperwork was received from the court, nothing. Despite having spoke to the CNBC in January to say that they were still working through defenses. Am going to send a complaint as others have done

Massive complaint - and don't be told to file an application. You do not have to do that nor pay a fee, when it's CNBC error.
Push it up the food chain and INSIST your defence email is retrieved and the case put before a Judge next week, immediately, to reverse the CCJ Order due to CNBC's error.
Start with a phone call - on the dot of 8.30am Monday otherwise you'll have to wait 2 hours - but follow it up with an email the same day and get really angry. How dare the CNBC do this to you despite you ringing up to check they hadn't overlooked it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yep, I'm going to try to phone them first thing Monday. Unfortunately I'm away for work and in a meeting at that time but will try to call when I can, if not I will call them as soon as I'm free the Tuesday afternoon (coming back from being away so I can sit on hold while driving). I've drafted the complaint to send to them first thing Monday morning and will continue to phone them everyday until I get some sort of response.
