Well i spoke to the landlord and then in turn spoke to the agent
Who advised new people have recently moved in, I gave him the name as per companies house and said it did ring a bell, and he would get back to me as he would have the ID documents, if he can find the details he will let me know and send them
He did say it was quite a high turn over type of flat so not overly hopeful2 -
From watching Jim Browning and other scam baiters on YouTube, many scammers run the free versions of different software packages (probably because buying licences will identify them to the software publishers).patient_dream said:

I have had this letter and the subsequent text message about me failing to pay. I renewed my car insurance in June (stayed with my current provider after using a comparison site didn’t bring up anything better), and I have a Zego account for UberEats insurance so I’m wondering if there has been a data breach somewhere?

I wonder if this scammer understands they could be sent to prison for extortion
I phoned their number again today and guess what ... they are busy busy busy

I don’t think they care. Like any scammer and their blatant disregard makes me believe they are not local. And using local’s details only.patient_dream said:

... covering a very broad range of professional and qualified by experience subject matters. Quite a formidable hunting pack me thinks, but the scammers are more probably than not blissfully unaware of our interest.patient_dream said:Nat, you know what, this forum has some very clever members ...
