Is this the Debt Recovery Solutions Ltd which was incorporated on 20th May of this year, or the one which was struck off in May 2019, or the one which was struck off in 2014, given that their web site fails to comply with the Companies Act-a potential fine of £1,000.
And of course, there's no record of them on either the FCA or ICO registers.
I do like the use of "sue us" instead of "use us" in their text message-they may get their wish.6 -
CSC Parking Group Ltd is a Phoenix of CSC Parking Ltd that was previously dissolved, and re-opened at the same address, but with a different single officer to the two officers from the previous company.
It is quite possible that it is not a member of an ATA.
