  • It appears a hole has appeared in the Spa... a fingernail shaped one... Woops!  Although this is good for weight loss as it avoids drinks and extra calories... repair pending.

    I have not had bread in a while, however I have had a couple of crumpets with light cream cheese and not had any stomach upsets which bread gives me.

    A disappointing STS for me this week, I thought I was being good  :| I was good this afternoon and talk my sister and myself out of tea and cake out, we came home and just had a cuppa so saved money too  :)

    STS for me this week, which I am more than happy with. I did go over my calories towards the end of the week, so that will probably impact this week, so a bit more effort required to hopefully continue my progress at the next weigh
