    Zippy & Van_Girl, great loss for you both.  Zippy, good news about the shorts, I need to investigate the wardrobe a bit more.

    I have a couple of lb to go and I will be into a lower stone range.  I am aiming for 1lb a week until the first week of December... which will put me in panic mode for finding new swimwear, sure it will be worth it.

    I tried on a dress that I forgot I owned, which I haven't worn since I bought it (CS) because it didn't quite fit, though I knew it could... and it finally fits! It's lovely isn't it :)

      SSue if you want to avoid the little yellow pills someone told eat kiwi with the skin still on it's meant to work wonders 😁 personally I don't like the texture of it but then I eat nectarines rather than peaches for the same reason
