Morning All,
candii Well done for getting back on track so quickly and the losses for the past couple of weeks
SSue Well done for the loss, the SW sticky and getting under your BMI limit
Van_Girl Well done on the STS and best of luck for the next week
zippy Well done on the loss, at least there are some benefits to doing overtime. The dinner was lovely, thank you, and I even managed to eat pretty sensibly.
Sirens Well done for the loss and it's good to see you back again
Brie Well done for the loss and sorry it wasn't under the nicest of circumstances
Jenny Well done for the loss and sorry for the stressful week with rubbish dentistry. I hope they manage to get everything fixed without it being too savagely expensive
I'm weighing in with a 1lb loss this week (actually 1.25lb but I didn't count the quarter on last week so I'm not counting it off this week)
I'm very happy with that as had a fantastic night out with friends on Saturday and, although i made good food choices, drank far too much. Amazingly, I managed to stick to pretty sensible food yesterday. Hangovers generally have me reaching for a mountain of junk food so it felt very much like a battle won.
Thank you everyone (especially Brambling) because logging in here and knowing how supportive a group this is really is helping to keep me on the straight and narrow.
Best of luck for the week ahead everyone xx7 -
Hi this is me finally checking in for this quarter, after a period of serious avoidance.
Starting weight July 166 lb
I then had a gain of 5lb to 171 lb
last week I was down to170 lb with a 1 lb loss.
Today I am checking in with another 2lb loss.
Thanks to Brambling for tireless tracking and it feels good to be back.

Some lovely weigh ins - well done everyone
and Zippy well done on reaching target
Candii - I condensed your gains / loses to 1lb gain - is that correct?
Ditty - I hope I got you right as well?

I am stuck at STS. Trying not to get too frustrated and trying to remember that it is better than a gain. But it's now been a month of STS.
Congrats to everyone on their progress!5 -
I understand the frustration of STS Angelica but if you weren't trying would you have gained this month.
2lb loss for me this week 😁 I'm sitting on a stone marker, I tried several times but couldn't nudge it under 🙂Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin2 -
Evening all I'm browsing on here to avoid eating
I'm not hungry so I may have a early night and read in bed, I really don't want to start the long weekend eating
I hope everyone has a good weekendLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin3 -

Morning All
it's a sts this week, it is not surprising as last weekend we ate out a lot as we were celebrating dds A level results, I am off next week to do some days out with ds as last week of his summer hols, so shall try to restrain myself as much as possible, without being too strict. I have made myself a little countdown as I have now 12 weeks until I turn 50, I started 2 weeks ago at week 14 aiming for 14lbs (I am now 1 behind to hit my target 🙄) but hoping for the best. After the worse year of my life I'm trying for something positive for just me. I no longer celebrate my birthday as it is the same day as my wedding anniversary and I find it too painful, but I'm hoping this will help me move a bit more forwards, sorry for the off tangent post ❤️
