Hello, can I pop on and join?? I'm slowly getting my diet into a more simple and easy diet whilst sorting out the pantry.
Welcome  :) I'll add you to the chart, do you want to set yourself a target for the end of the quarter?

    Well done everyone  :)

SSue ouch on the hip, i' had to see the physio about my hip and I must do better with the exercises she gave me now my gout is better.  Like you I'll need to lose weight before any op and seeing how I reacted to the anesthetic when i had my gall stone out I would prefer to avoid that as long as possible.

    Have a good week

  • 1.5 lb off for me please Brambling, many thanks for updating it is really helping.

Izadora  -  Mr Pepper always says he loses weight when he is on holiday with me, I would live on JP's, fruit and noodles if I was on my own, ( pity I still don't have the 16 inch waist I had when he met me), he needs a regular feed and I should not complain but it's breakfast in bed when he's on holiday.  Congratulations on the 5.5, that's amazing, well done.

Gingerlily -  The chicken and mushroom sauce sounds lovely, it's one thing I always order when we go to the Canaries at Christmas, it always tastes better when someone else makes it.

We are having BBQ for tea, I think the no bread and only a couple of spuds is working.

    Have a good week everyone.

Thank you,  Mr Pepper said the DR and the BMI police have really got on my wick, it's made me feel much better.

@Suffolksue sorry to hear about you hip pain, my friend has an appointment to have hers replaced later this year and had to lose the weight for it, I didn't think she needed to lose much but she has had to drop about 45 lb,  fingers crossed for your PB's

    Hi
Well done on your loss jennystarpepper.
Hello simplelivingcottage, I like the idea of a simpler easier diet.

Todays breakfast was dippy eggs with crispy bacon soldiers and 2 coffees with cream. Other meal: lettuce with mozzarella and vinegerette then a chicken mushroom eggplant red curry soup concoction using up fridge dribs and drabs. Dessert is sugar free jelly and cream. I’ve accounted for a couple of cups of tea with milk today as well.
