Old Style Weight Loss Challenge - 3rd Quarter 2022

Hi Brambling
Thank you for all your work in keeping the list for us.
You can add the third 1lb off.
That was one a month over the quarter.
I'm now looking at my weight in kilos - because the electronic scales are easier to read - and it was 52.8kg (about 8st 4 lb) on 29 September.
For my height that's a BMI of 20.5.
I think I should be satisfied.
Was 13st 13lb (88.5 kg) at one time (about a decade ago) - BMI 34.5.

Recording STS though there was actually a small loss but not close enough to half a pound (love digital scales!)
