Hi I can't weigh in my excuse is that the young one have nicked the scales and I don't have the heart to wake him up in the morning. I will try again tomorrow.
I am back on my exercise though:
Saturday was parkrun, Sunday was a lake swim and yesterday was bike to work and a club run. Today is just bike to work, and hopefully a walk, but evening exercise is slightly interrupted by me decorating hall way. But we will see.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

I've just realised I never weighed on Wednesday a family funeral in Dorset meant a 6 hour round trip and it went completely out of my head until today so I'll give it a miss this week. I should have taken Thursday as holiday as a tired me meant I ate carp all day, I had to go into the office as my laptop died so raided the Waitrose next to the office - it didn't make me feel better
Line drawn under this week and I have until Wednesday to claw back the damageLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin2
