Well it's STS this week, though I've stuck to my food plan and done plenty of exercise. But I'm consoling myself with the fact that my clothes are starting to fit better, and I'm starting to see positive changes in my body shape, so I'm moving in the right direction£12k in 25 #14 £10,474.10/£18k 24 #14 £15,653.11/£18k 23 #14 £17,195.80/£18k 22 #20 £23,024.86/£23k6

Good morning All,
I hope people are enjoying the sunshine and aren't melting into a puddle.
Angelica Well done for the STS. Everything is so much harder when you're tired so not gaining is a massive achievement.
Brambling Well done for the STS. Your comment about hopefully being clothed when weighing in public made me laugh. When I went to a slimming club (so many years ago I'm surprised I remember it) I would wear as little as was humanly possible to remain decent
Brie Welcome back and I hope that your OH being on board helps. IzHe said he was going to start eating more healthily with me but has pretty much existed on kebabs and Maccy D's for the past month. And he's not put on a single lb
Gingerlily Well done for the loss and I hope you're feeling less fed up with it today. Despite cauliflower being one of my favourite foods, I've never enjoyed cauli rice so good luck with finding a way to make it palatable.
Its_time Welcome back and good luck. We all eat very differently so I'm sure between us we can come up with some suggestions for meals which work for you.
Jenny I hope you enjoyed your pub lunch and hot tub. Do you find Me Pepper being away makes dieting easier or harder? If IzHe's away I find it really difficult to bother to cook for just me so am far more likely to eat rubbish.
I'm weighing in this week with a 5.5lb loss. Food choices last week weren't exactly sensible or sustainable (a couple of days all I had was a sarnie and a bag of crisps) but I'll take it as a bonus of my utter can't-be-arsedness. I know it means that it's quite likely that, even if I do everything right this week, I'll have a gain but I'll keep plodding on and hope for the best.
Good luck everyone xx5 -
@Brambling STS for me this week, got off lightly, was expecting a gain and would have fully deserved it (comfort eating)"You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "6
