I don’t know if it’s a different team or what but I’ve always found direct messaging Octopus on Twitter to be a much better experience. I’ve had pretty quick responses via Twitter messaging and the staff generally seem more knowledgable.0 -

The renewal email makes no mention of times, only rates. The wording would suggest we'd stay on the same start time and 5 hour period.

They let me stay on the 5 hour 20:30 start time when I asked them nicely by email last month1
