So with Agile being 100% green, what dictates the half hourly prices? The amount of RE generation?4.29kWp Solar system, 45/55 South/West split in cloudy rainy Cumbria.0

One in our close of approx 20 houses and they all have drives so it's not a logistic issue to charge.Chrysalis said:Petriix said:I'm not sure why people keep perpetuating the myth that Octopus aren't accepting new customers. They have never stopped, they just require a phone call. I'd also suggest that Go is currently the cheapest fix out there, as long as you have an EV.
Personally I dont know anyone with an EV, so I dont know if its a common thing, I dont think I have even witnessed an EV ever drive by me in the street either. Isnt it something that only the wealthier part of the population would own or is there cheap EV's to buy? I think realistically Agile is their cheapest tariff as its available to everyone not just a select few EV owners.
We are looking at second hand EVs as a local run around and to power the house from the EV batteries. All in the sketchbook stage at the moment.0 -
So, I finally have a response to my first email to them requesting tariff change! They've sent a link to change to the tracker tariff, but it lists the electric and gas rates. So does that mean it will be changing everything over to tracker if I click review terms and switch? As I obviously don't want to do that, having managed to just change the electricity to Agile last week.0

Octopus changed the pricing for their Go Tariffs this morning... I wonder if Agile is next?

Does that apply to customers already on it? Or was there not a cap to that product?razord said:Octopus changed the pricing for their Go Tariffs this morning... I wonder if Agile is next?0 -
I replied back to the person, seemed to be going to their direct email, not the hello@, and they confirmed this morning that they've switched just my gas to tracker.Alnat1 said:Copy the terms bit into an email and tell them you want Gas Tracker only
So, for anyone else struggling, persist and keep asking for what you want, and eventually, they do get it done.1
