APCOA penalty notice

I have written this out to email the above email address. Does this need editing or am I giving anything away I shouldn’t ?Penalty notice number: xxxxxxxxxxxxVehicle registration: xxxxxxxDate of issue of notice: xx/xx/xxI am the registered keeper but not the driver of a vehicle that has received a pcn from your company for allegedly using a car park controlled by yourselves.I have appealed the charge as your evidence does not show the vehicle in the car park and there is no time length given for the car being allegedly parked there. My appeal was sent and I received a confirmation of my appeal being logged by you on the 18th August. In your correspondence it stated I would be informed of a decision within 35 days.I have not received any other correspondence from you on this matter by email or by post.I have not received a decision from you or any answers or information from any of the requests I have asked for, and await your decision and any relevant information such as a POPLA code so that I can take the matter further if need be.Regards0

Not ending 'if need be'.
State instead at the end, that you WILL complain to the BPA, if APCOA either refuse to provide a working POPLA code immediately, or pretend one was sent, (which it was not and appears to be something of a pattern).
Add here:
I have appealed the charge as your evidence does not show the vehicle in the car park and there is no time length given for the car being allegedly parked there. Further, APCOA do not use the POFA so you cannot hold me liable. This appears to be a pseudo 'penalty' purporting to arise as a breach of a railway byelaw, yet pocketed by yourselves for profit instead of going to the public purse, as fines and penalties must.

Regards'Regards'? Sending 'regards' to an outfit trying to screw you for a large sum of money that you do not wish to give them, and are fighting to avoid paying them? Really?
This is a business communication and should be topped/tailed 'Dear Sir/Yours faithfully'.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks. I did think it should be as you say, but I am more concerned with what I should put between the two to be honest.Umkomaas said:Regards'Regards'? Anyway, I sent the email, received an email back which stated if my complaint was regarding a pcn I should reply to the appeal page that is on the back of the pcn, which I did but received no reply from my original appeal.

As I commented earlier, there seems to be no easy way to contact Apcoa after an appeal has been entered. It's as if they do it on purpose.....rowdy75 said:Anyway, I sent the email, received an email back which stated if my complaint was regarding a pcn I should reply to the appeal page that is on the back of the pcn, which I did but received no reply from my original appeal.
Get that complaint in to the BPA.

Yes I’ve already submitted a complaint to the bpa, I’ve taken a screen shot of the reference number as suggested.1

How do you check on the bpa website your complaint? There seems to be no option for this.0

You can't AFAIK.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Really? It says under the reference number that comes up once the complaint has been submitted that the reference can be used to track the complaintCoupon-mad said:You can't AFAIK.0
