You don't need to put a reason for wanting a hearing. Just tick No on the form.
Meanwhile if you read the other thread @Castle pointed you towards you will see @Fruitcake offered the following advice:-
'Complain to CEL, and their "legal team" and the BPA and your MP, and of course the landowner, reminding them they are responsible for the actions if their unregulated sub-contractor they have employed'. Point out this isn't the first and only time it has happened and a full investigation us required.
You should ensure the letter and the claim of a CCJ is brought to the attention of the judge. I am sure he / she will have a dim view.1 -
You are mistaken. That ceased to be the case at the beginning of June this year.Not_A_Hope said:You don't need to put a reason for wanting a hearing. Just tick No on the form.
The current N180 has this question on it...
Sticking "new question" n180 in the forum's search facility reveals several threads discussing this.
Here is just one of those threads...

Thanks guys, can i send it back to court by email attachement ? How about CEL..0
-
As in the NEWBIE instructions, you return the N180 using the same address that you used for your defence and yes, you must send a copy to the claimant - e-mail is fine for them.2

Thanks for the correction and the heads up on the revised N180 @KeithP0

Exactely,i thought that because the mistake they would hav canceled, but they will, sooner or later ( i know someone who got the same and are prepared to come to court to prove that it was not a single error)1

Anyways i sent them this little note:Dear CELYou have misused my personal details in breach of both the Data Protection Act and the BPA Code of Practice. However, as a gesture of goodwill and to avoid litigation against you, I will accept you dropping the entire amount and discontinuing the claim. Please consider this a drop hands offer, made without prejudice and available for 14 days.1
