Shall i wait until the 9th to see if the claimant has payed the court fees before submiting my WS..
I would assume that they will pay the fee.
You won't get notified either way.
so the 9th is the deadline for WS right ?
    I have no idea.
That image you have shown us today doesn't mention that.
Read the rest of your documentation.
i did there is no mention of any deadline..
    Are you sure?

Look again at your Notice of Allocation. The Notice that gives the hearing date.
Is there not a paragraph something like:
Each party must deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than [ . . . ] [14 days before the hearing].
    Might be on the back.
Those 'documents on which you intend to rely' are your Witness Statement and evidence.

And go and re-read your earlier Notice of Allocation.

Please don't show us documents that you have in front of you and ask us to read them to find your deadline. It was probably on the earlier NoA.

"Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track(Hearing") came one week before the Notice of Trial Date but does not mention the date of hearing nor deadline for WS
The date of the trial is on the "Notice of Trail Date" but no deadline also; Is it ok if i pop to the coirts to ask what is goin on..

Of course you can go to or ring the court, but first double check the notice of trial date, especially the back.
Normally it will tell you that both parties must send a combined bundle of documents they wish to rely on to the court and the other party not later than X date.
The default is normally 14 days before the hearing so work on that assumption until you hear to the contrary.

    So CEL discontinued?

Very good news! Discontinuance = a win.

ANOTHER CEL ONE BITES THE DUST!

    One favour please:

We need you - as a genuine PPC victim of aggression, sharp practice and an 'extortion' attempt to add £70 - to respond robustly to the Public Consultation on the level of parking charges and banning of the false added DRA 'fee' that too many honest motorists currently fall victim to.

It will need consumer input (powerful voices) but change is afoot. It's taken about 5 years to get to this stage:
    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6333036/breaking-news-government-has-announced-the-statutory-code-of-practice-and-enforcement-framework/p1

And then the industry threw victims' money at it and blocked and delayed it - explained here:
    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/79310609/#Comment_79310609

Please now Bookmark BOTH threads and set up email alerts on your posting profile, so that you get an email alert when we post there, as we will, once the Public Consultation opens - anticipated in a few weeks...

We need people like you and your driving family & friends to respond in high numbers!

You have a personal story x 2 to tell about the culture of greed that inflates parking charges and incentivises court as a cheaper form of debt collection than proper efforts to engage with the consumer,

I am sure you want your voice heard to stop this happening again.
