If you were to follow the guidance in the second post of the NEWBIES thread...

Google civil enforcement privacy and you will easily find their privacy policy.

In that privacy policy you will find the email address of their Data Protection Officer.

To save you the trouble, here's what I found...

SAR requested by email, 3 days ago (thanks keithp), did not receive any confirmation, working on my defence..

i have submitted my defence (in time ) and received confirmation but not follow up instruction; in the meantime i received AOS by special delivery and the following day fake letter from CEL that they have obtained CCJ against me..

Can you post a redacted copy of that fake letter ?

I rwceived notice of proposed allocation to the small claim track
At D1 i was thinking to put something about the line: " because i would like to ask them face to face why they are falsely claim that they have CCJ against me..
