Worth a read, but does fizzle out towards the end without a final outcome!  Let us all know how it turns out Neil Wilby.

Did anyone hear the item on Jeremy Vine on R2 yesterday?  It was about Tony Schiavone who is determined not to pay his PCN (and the judge's ruling) unless he receives the letter in Welsh.  I had to get out the car before the end but at time of writing, the opinion was split 50/50 as to whether he should pay or continue to wait!  Typical for a BBC programme not wanting to upset anyone!

Surely most of what @Coupon-mad has highlighted above should be used/adapted in any defence and WS, at least where DCB are involved. It's quite poignant and relative methinks.

Re discussions about delays for new PPCoP in this thread -  there has been a "niggle" in the back of my head. After opening various docs and using control F I eventually found the "niggle".
