Morning all xx
Thank you for all the supportive words - they're very much appreciated. ❤
I'm up, made my bed, got washed and dressed, packed my lunch, eaten breakfast and supped my brew.
I went out last thing yesterday to refill the bird bath (so that any early birds would not be thirsty this morning 🙂) and there was a hedgehog on my front lawn. 😊. I have a dish of water out in the back garden for passing hedgehogs ( as you do) but I've never seen one on my property. I'm still smiling.....🦔
Have a good day. Plenty of fluids ladies. Keep hydrated.

Round.. I love hedgepigs.. we don't get any in our garden, they can't get under the fench.
Fayolle.. remember to rest too.. !!
Hayfever REALLY bad today.
I have washing to get out so I may do that now before the sun gets round to the whirly.
OH can run the oven trays through the DW
I had THE worst nights sleep.. My poor fur baby, Pudding was hurt and everyone kept making it impossible to get him to the vet and I was hysterical.. when I woke up I had a heart rate over 120 and needed my inhaler right now.. so I think I was maybe having low blood oxygen which caused my brain to panic. I can usually force myself to wake up but I couldn't. I hope it is a better night tonight. .. Oh, then next door smoke alarm went off and then Pumpkin was shouting to come in my room.. she likes to sleep on my window as the sun rises.
Already reshuffled some money. House insurance came out and left me overdrawn.
I am finishing this cardigan and then I am going to knit a mountain of mittens for Lionel. He has awful Reynauds and wears mittens all the time.

Pigpen - it can either be left to grow, transferred to a new company pension (subject to rules) or added to a personal pension portfolio. Those are the options - they are not advice.
Having done a long day yesterday I am off today. HHI so far.

I have Covid, as if my week couldnt get any worse. Still that means a couple of days at home and no meetings, although taking any amount of time off sick is just not an option.
So I am under my heated blanket with my book feeling a bit sorry for myself. I hung the washing out first thing and it needs bringing in, made pies (one meat and one veggie) for tea. Leftovers to go in the freezer.10 -
YL.. rest the bones! Get well soon xx
Kaz.. I'm not sure we even have Sonics round here. Many foxy loxy's though.I have added an ankle brace to my amazon basket to hopefully help with the crazy amount of pain.. unfortunately I cannot do the same for my hips. Evening all
YL PLEASE REST! Listen to your body, you won’t want to make yourself even poorlier in the long run. Have a big hug xx
Lots done today, and I’ve just pegged out another load of washing. Ordered a WiFi extender thingy as well so DD can actually use the firestick that I bought her for her bedroom TV!
Bed very soon, hugs to all xx

YL echo the rest. I realised last night that I actually hadn't had to go to sleep during the day yesterday, first time for about 4 weeks. However today after going to body pump then doing an assessment, I just lay in the garden reading.
Not a great deal of flying today - it was the last assessment of the term so I brought all the resources home which I usually leave at uni, so that will all need sorting through.
Actually the only flying I've done is making a pizza for dinner and checking the greenhouse. Oh and I emptied the DW this morning.
Decided not to do the full moon swim tonight as although the moon and weather are lovely, starting at 10pm did not appeal.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.8 -
Morning. 2nd cup of tea of the morning and some ironing done. Also done a bit of mending on one of my dresses that I want to wear this week. The mince, for tonight's tea, is defrosting and my salmon fillets have already defrosted 😲 Washing going around which will be taken out and hung on the line when it's finished. It will probably be dry within an hour in this heat.Taking advantage of the cooler morning, and hot up at 6am, before it gets too hot to do anything else. Now sitting down with my knitting, for half an hour, mug of tea and Good Morning Britain before I have to get myself ready to go out 🙂Hope everyone has a productive day but please take care and look after yourself in this heatAnd YL do rest, listen to everyone
