    Update:
Both phone numbers successfully transferred over yesterday using the PAC. Everything appears to be working correctly, so here's hoping the credit gets repaid eventually. Btw, I can still access my My3 account but my wife can no longer access hers.

    Update 2:
My wife received her full refund on 12 July, roughly 14 days after requesting it. My refund has not happened so I rang Three this morning to chase it. It seems that, because my last topup was so long ago (2014!), they didn't have my bank details. So having sorted out those details, I might get my refund in 7 working days. Fingers crossed.

    Update 3:
As expected, 7 working days have passed without payment of my credit. I'll give it a few more days and then contact them again. As I no longer have a working Three SIM it's costing me money to keep ringing them on a 0333 number :s

I'm in the same position where every week or so I contact them and they lie to me promising me a refund in a few days time.
You can call them on their freephone number - 0800 033 8013.

My "3 working days" have passed once again without payment. Think I'll try an email to the CEO next and ask for the refund plus costs for my time spent chasing it - nearly 5 hours in their online chats to date.

I always contact them on the live chat so that I can get a written record of the conversation...

Everyone should keep a log of your calls/chats and the time you have spent on it, so that when the 8 weeks is up you can take you complaint to the ombudsman and ask for compensation for the amount of time you have had to waste repeatedly chasing three and the lies they have repeatedly told.

Make sure they confirm that it is logged as a complaint too. It was my 4th "chat" before I mentioned taking it to the ombudsman and was told it wasn't listed as a complaint. That was immediately rectified and the 8 week count started!

Success! Finally received my outstanding credit from Three. To all of you still trying, I wish you good luck and, as the saying goes, "keep banging the rocks together".

Well Three actually called me today!
Not much progress made but they said they had tried to refund me twice, but both times it got rejected.
He now needs to speak to a manager, but they don't work weekends, so will call me back on Monday.
If i had known it was going to be this much hassle just to get a small refund of a few quid, I probably wouldn't have bothered, but having got this far, I am fighting on to the better end!

Like you, I'm just pursuing my £10 refund on principle more than anything else!
I emailed the CEO on Friday and got a response from the "Executive Office" saying the team will contact me within one working day, so should be on Monday for me too.

    Success!
I've got my refund of £8.10 last week!
I kept looking at my current account, which were the card digits that I'd told them on the chat, but I just found the refund in my credit card, which was what I used for the top-up...
The payment was actually made on the day I last chatted with them, I have no idea if it was already in my account hehe

Now for the next step, wait for the RWG SIM and get a refund from Asda....  :|:D I hope it's not a quarterly merry-go-round!
