I really like the approach your having, rather than focus on any particular issue as a problem, find the solution and act on it

I love the keyring idea. I hope it helps.

  • Morning again and back to work after Thursday off with LB. Didn’t have to get out of my pyjamas which was great.
Trudged through the snow to start the day, properly tired now both of snow and work. Still two more work days in the week🤦
The bloom is definitely off the rose now that the Christmas season is over. I’m getting to see what regular operations are like at work and I’m not sure I like what I see.

I think all the jobs you've done recently are quite hard physically. I'd like the post one best due to being outside - but that and the physical wear and tear would be too difficult for me. I think you are doing amazing.

I also want to thank you for a while ago asking what I was doing to meet my sensory needs. I'm experimenting with different solutions and bought a weighted blanket yesterday. It was comforting - but I think I'd need at least 2 for it to make much difference.

Interesting on the shoes. Better grip on the soles helps me so I tend to wear trail type trainers.

  • As its my birthday tomorrow (Sunday) I went to Mr S to stock up on supplies. My plan originally was not to leave the house but I think I might go out, if only to force me to wash my pyjamas. They are my new ones and have been an embarrassing number of days (ok weeks) without washing. I should probably buy two of everything so the things I get attached to don’t start growing lifeforms of their own.
Annoyingly one of the ys ready meals I bought smelled funky so had to be binned. Not really worth bringing it back as the bus ticket costs so much.
It is minus 2 here so I am in my bed with the heater on contemplating my next moves. I won’t have much money left in January for anything big. I did get everything I wanted done in December finished with the exception of a tip run. Although the rubbish has been under a foot of snow so I’ll give myself a pass on that one.
  • Excellent December achieving, I think deffo a pass on the snow buried rubbish!

Hippy bathday for tomorrow, especially in the case of your jimjams 😁 Seriously though, well done on all your wonderful progress this past year and I hope you have a very lovely birthday doing and wearing whatever you darn well please x
