  • Being kind to yourself sounds good. For me that looked like crunchie blasts ;)
For me it was cinnamon and brown sugar cream cheese, straight out of the packet
  • Gone overboard this week.
I think I must have been more stressed about my doctor's appointment than I realized and coupled with a financial frog and sleep deprivation.
Prescription for antidepressants at €19.03. Not cheap.

Dad is now potentially sick again so all mentally taxing activities are now on hold.

On the bright side I have many baskets.

Sorry things are so tough. Little breaks like those walks with the stunning views seem like they could make a difference...

Today's spending will be on new thermometer as I have little faith in the one we've got.
Appointment for Bad Tooth 1 postponed as I have no desire to be looking after dad while recovering from a tooth extraction. Also avoiding potential germs.
Considering joining a gym, mostly for the pool.
  • If anyone has any documentary recommendations they would be gratefully received.
Nothing about murders or true crime.
I like art, gardens and randomness. The last documentary I watched was The Beaches of Agnes.
Mostly just something interesting and relaxing.
