Mon - Mince & potatoes
Tues - Scampi & chips

I was out more than I expected, so I have a meal or two in hand.
meatballs, tomato and veg sauce, baked potato, stewed plums and kefir
vietnamese pork, mange tout, Pak Choi, noodles, stewed plums and custard x2
mediterranean veg tart, roast asparagus and baby corn, apricot crumble and custard
fish stir fry, cherry clafoutis and kefir x2
I think I’ll be out to lunch one day, if not I’ll make a caramelised onion tart and roast whatever veg I’ve got left.
