A very frugal week coming up since everything will be coming from existing stocks.   :)  It will be a nice change to not shop!

Sun (today) - Beef slices in gravy, steamed cabbage, mash
    Mon - Salad, probably pilchards
Tue - Bacon chops, egg, chips
Wed - Chilli, jacket potato, butter beans (1/2 tin left in fridge)
Thu - Chicken stir fry, noodles
Fri - Breaded haddock fillets, mushy peas
Sat - Lamb balti, boiled rice

Plenty of choice for afters (if wanted) - rhubarb & custard, rice pudding, apple strudel, yogurt & fruit, fruit crumble.  We tend to have a breakfast and evening meal with a picky snack at lunchtime.  Plenty of those too - fruited scones, malt loaf, crumpets, sausage rolls, cheese & crackers, soup.
Be kind to others and to yourself too.
