Soup of the week - tbc depending on what veg I can get

S - Birthday buffet
S - LOs or Chicken Kyiv
M - Dal, rice and naan
T - Lamb casserole with French style braised lentils
W- Pork steaks, rice & beans, salad
T- Pasta bake from the freezer, mushrooms and garlic bread

Have had to change the menu plan after getting a TGTG bag yesterday. There were a couple of cauliflowers so tomorrow night's dinner is going to be cauliflower cheese with home made chips.3

Still got a portion of the ox cheek stew to use up
Bacon, egg, tomato, mushrooms, shallots, American pancakes and maple syrup
chicken stir fry
chicken curry and spicy veg
Pissaladiere and salad x2
desserts will be whatever fresh fruit is to hand with kefir

Short week for me as I’m away next weekend. Combination of that and my stocking up shops last week mean I’ve got a small shopping list today.
Will be using up soup stocks from the freezer this week.
Sat - lamb leg steak, mash, cabbage, port and redcurrant sauce
Sun - out for lunch
Mon - bacon, pea and mushroom pasta
Tues - beans on toast
Wed - prawn and cabbage egg fried rice
Thurs - Mediterranean lentils, spinach and sun dried tomatoes with halloumi3 -
Another week gone - where is this year going!
S - pork schnitzel, chips, beans, pickles
S - beef in gravy, roast potatoes and veg, green veg (from freezer)
M - butter chicken, rice
T - lasagne
W - beef stew, mash (from freezer)
T - sweet and sour chicken
F - fish and pasta bake
Meat and fish all from freezer.

No changes to last week's meal plan and hopefully that will be the case this week too.
Sat (today) - Seafood platter, sliced tomatoes, h/m wholemeal bread & butter
Sun - Roast pork (from freezer) with apple sauce, potatoes, cabbage, carrots, mini Yorkies
Mon - Salad, probably with pilchards
Tue - Beef curry (from freezer), jacket potatoes
Wed - Cod cakes, chips, peas & sweetcorn
Thu - Liver, bacon & onion casserole, mash, swede
Fri - Basa fillets, peas, plain boiled potatoes (with lemon & dill sauce)
Have made 4 fruit & jelly pots today and will make leek & potato soup on Monday. No baking this week since the oven won't be on for anything else.Be kind to others and to yourself too.2 -
Late posting to the thread but I’ll add my plan from last Friday anyway..
friday- chicken drumsticks, Cous Cous and salad
saturday- Hm burritos with left over Cous Cous and salad
sunday- cottage pie with peas and sweetcorn
monday- faggots, chips mushy peas
tuesday- pizza, garlic bread and salad
wednesday- sweet and sour with noodles and veg.
thursday- will make kids and husband carbonara (not a fan)
Then shopping again on Thursday ready for a new meal plan. Have a good weeke everyone4 -

Not posted in a while, but It's time to get serious about saving some cash, meal planning always saves me money!
M - Chicken thighs, roasted veg with rice in a cream tom sauce
T - Pork steaks, HM pot wedges, salad or beans
W- Sausage and mash with frozen veg
T- something on toast or sandwich and soup or sweet pot stew! not sure yet
F- Chicken curry with rice and HM flat bread4 -
