My meal plan for this week
Today - Chicken bakes, Wedges and Beans
Tuesday - Fish Fingers, Chips and Peas
Wednesday - Jacket Potatoes
Thursday - Slow Cooker Curry, Naan and Basmati Rice
Friday - Chicken Supreme, Green Beans with Rice or Potatoes (depending on which I have most left over from Wednesday and Thursday’s meals)
Saturday - Chilli Con Carne

Soup of the week - freezer use up
F- freezer rake or takeaway
S - out for dinner
S - Roast chicken, various veg, roast potatoes, gravy
M- Chicken & ham salad
T - Chickpea, spinach and potato curry
W - Fish pie, green veg
Th - Pasta with chorizo, pesto and tomato sauce.

Trying for a no spend week, apart from dinner out one night with friends, so:
vegetable risotto x2
leek and bacon pasta
spanakopita (from freezer), tomato salad
lentil and Coconut curry, rice x2
I have still got sweet potato and leek soup,and had a bag of carrots to use up so also have carrot and coriander.

Even earlier with my plan this week, and I’ve done the shopping already (busy weekend). Loads of soup in the freezer so not making any but will do some smoked mackerel pate.
Sat - pork in cider (from freezer), mash, veg
Sun - smoked salmon sandwich (out for lunch 😋)
Mon - tuna pesto pasta
Tues - beans on toast
Wed - smoked mackerel risotto (from freezer), veg
Thurs - tuna steak, gingery sweet potato mash, veg
Fri - beetroot burger or scampi and chips, salad or peas4 -
This week's meal plan courtesy of existing stocks (again):
Sun (today) - Roast pork (from freezer), sprouts, carrots, mash
Mon - Beef & pepper stir fry, noodles
Tue - Gammon (from freezer), chips, stuffed pepper
Wed - Rogan josh (left over from Sat), jacket potato, green beans
Thu - Scampi, spicy wedges, side salad
Fri - Fishcakes, mushy peas
On this week's To Do list - A batch of chilli, fishcakes, fruit scones and a fruit pie. No soup making as there's plenty in the freezer.Be kind to others and to yourself too.4 -

Going to try and make it until Thursday/Friday for shopping. Was going to go last night but couldn’t face it, so my eldest got some milk today and apart from that we should get by. So my meal plan is a use it up one mostly this week;
today- kids have a pie I found out with carrots and potatoes, we will have pesto pasta with pesto found 8n freezer.
monday- Thai red curry, using a kit and chicken from the freezer with brown rice.
Tuesday- Tuna pasta and mixed veg
Wednesday- sweet and sour with Cous Cous or rice and peas Using a jar I got reduced and chicken from the freezer
thursday- hot dogs using buns and sausage from freezer, with chips and hash browns and beans
friday- probably take away to celebrate the puppies finally leavingif not this will be the shopping day so will have pizzas/garlic bread/ and I have some wings in the freezer.

Meals for this week, late posting because my week is now running Friday to Thursday I find it easier doing it this way as Friday is the day I go shopping.
Fri - salmon, new potatoes, peas watercress sauceSat we had pizza and salad
