Trying for a no spend week, apart from dinner out one night with friends,  so:

    vegetable risotto x2
    leek and bacon pasta
    spanakopita (from freezer), tomato salad
lentil and Coconut curry, rice x2

I have still got sweet potato and leek soup, and had a bag of carrots to use up so also have carrot and coriander.

  • Even earlier with my plan this week, and I’ve done the shopping already (busy weekend). Loads of soup in the freezer so not making any but will do some smoked mackerel pate.

Sat - pork in cider (from freezer), mash, veg
Sun - smoked salmon sandwich (out for lunch 😋)
    Mon - tuna pesto pasta
    Tues - beans on toast
Wed - smoked mackerel risotto (from freezer), veg
Thurs - tuna steak, gingery sweet potato mash, veg
Fri - beetroot burger or scampi and chips, salad or peas

This week's meal plan courtesy of existing stocks (again):

Sun (today) - Roast pork (from freezer), sprouts, carrots, mash
Mon - Beef & pepper stir fry, noodles
Tue - Gammon (from freezer), chips, stuffed pepper
Wed - Rogan josh (left over from Sat), jacket potato, green beans
Thu - Scampi, spicy wedges, side salad
    Fri - Fishcakes, mushy peas

On this week's To Do list - A batch of chilli, fishcakes, fruit scones and a fruit pie.  No soup making as there's plenty in the freezer.
Be kind to others and to yourself too.
