Morning all. This week's breakfasts are either porridge or eggs and lunch is sweet potato soup.
M - LO Pulled Pork rolls, chips, coleslaw
T - Mushroom risotto
W - Lasagne
T - Mushroom risotto
F - Slow cooker veggie chilli, which will make a million portions for the freezer

Away for Christmas, so a short week.
Soup of the week is cauliflower and coconut.
Pork chop, mange tout, asparagus, sauté potatoes
Meatballs in hm tomato sauce, stir fried spicy green beans with spinach, sauté potatoes
Fish and coconut curry, ginger and sesame stir fried sprouts
Pork chop, Mediterranean vegetables, potatoes

Another use up from freezer week:
S - scrambled eggs on toast (out for lunch with friends)
S - toad in the hole, roast pots and veg
M - Beef stew from freezer, mash
T - pork steaks, mash, veg
W - butter chicken, rice
T - Shepherds pie, veg
F - corned beef hash
S - Fish, chips and peas
S - Christmas dinner with beef & gammon (we don't like turkey!)

Another one away for Christmas so a short week of planning. Took me ages as have run out of inspiration 😬
Sat - baked Camembert, bread and nibbles (in front of the Strictly final 💃🏽)
Sun - roast chicken with baked orzo, green veg
Mon - LO chicken and orzo, green veg
Tues - chicken and veg egg fried rice
Wed - courgette and pesto pasta
Thurs - tuna steak, gingery sweet potato mash, green veg3 -
Sa- HM burgers, salad, AF oven chips, onion rings
Su, Pork fillet, baby spuds, various veg, creamy mushroom sauce
M - Chicken Kyiv, baked spuds, various veg

W - tbc possibly pasta or stir fry

This week's meal plan:
Sat (today) - Jalfrezi & naans, hm chocolate mousse
Sun - Braised lamb chops, mash, carrots, sprouts
The remainder of the week will be meals from the freezer. Choices are chicken (or beef) stir fry, liver & onion casserole, fish pie, fishcakes & chips, sausage & mash or spag bol - nothing allocated to a specific day as it will all depend on time available as I have a few errands to run.
All freezer stocks of soup have been used up but I'll make a spicy carrot & lentil one for lunches. Sausage rolls still not madebut it will happen this week!
Like joedenise, we don't have turkey at Xmas either. It will be either leg of pork or beef and a gammon joint for NY.Be kind to others and to yourself too.4 -
