Thanks K9. Feeling a bit better now - I think I was a bit under the weather following the Covid booster and then caught a cold so was laid low for a couple of days.4

The flare up has died down, but unfortunately the symptoms are still lingering. Basically feeling sick after eating. So, I am going to have to return to a gluten free diet, as these were the symptoms I had a few years back when I first had to tweak my diet.
I'm normally OK just swapping out the bread and pasta. Occasionally I can't have oats. However, I'm weirdly OK with fake meats (which I don't have often) and wraps. It's very trial and error. The problem normally occurs because I am vegan also, most things have egg in.
So, I have done a meal plan now, which I'll post it incase it gives anybody inspiration of what to make. It's going to be hit and miss whether I actually want to eat it though.
Monday (as posted above) was BBQ tofu with ranch and vegetable rice.
Tuesday (as also posted above) stew and dumplings.
Wednesday : Leftover stew and dumplings
Thursday : Roasted veg pasta with basil pesto
Friday: Okonimiyaki with tonkatsu sauce (not sure if I fancy this now)
Saturday : Laksa or Lemongrass meatballs
Sunday: Jerk Lentils or Jerk Chickpea stew
I ended up having laksa on Friday,
Last night houmous and rice cakes and then Kale, Beansprouts and other veg.
Tonight Lentil Sheperdless pie, carrots and cabbage; requested by DD2 as she came for a visit.

Forgot to post yesterday.
Sat (yesterday) - Seafood with side salad and hm wholemeal bread, all eaten and enjoyed
Sun - Lamb in gravy, Yorkshires (both from freezer), mash and broccoli
Mon - Salad - I was thinking gammon but there's a tin of chopped pork open so will probably use that instead. There's half a can of mixed beans in chilli sauce that can be added to the plate too.
Tue - Liver, bacon & onion casserole, mash and butter beans
Wed - Cod fishcakes, peas and chips
Thu - Corned beef hash (from freezer) with dumplings
Fri - Some kind of fish meal, possibly battered cod
Soup of the week is tomato & red pepper (to use up the last bits of veg before this week's order comes on Tuesday); there should be enough for 2 lunches for 2. Will have with p/b crusty rolls that I can do in the AF.Be kind to others and to yourself too.2
