K9sandFelines said:I will carry Savoury lentils over and Jambalaya, as didn't make them due to eating leftovers.
I havent made a solid plan yet, but so far it has been :
Mon: Jackfruit 'tuna' pasta mayo
Tues:Sweet chilli and rice
Then something along the lines of:
Mayflower curry and chips
Coronation jackfruit and jacket potatoe
Vegan Jambalaya
Savoury lentils with mash/or cubed potatoes and carrots and greens beans
Kyiv, rice, corn and peas
Subject to change, according to what is in/what the weather is like 😏
Tonight will be hotdogs on rolls or Coronation jackfruit with jacket potato, as still haven't had that
DD2 is coming possibly Monday or Tuesday and wants Cajun Tofu and Cashew cheese broccoli pasta. So that will feature at some point.
I need to go away and plan another five meals.
So, I will be back....
I've ended up having:
Weds: Kyiv, noodles and broccoli
Thurs: Party bits and birthday cake for DD1 for dinner, and a chip baguette for tea
Fri: Katsu bake, chips and broccoli
Also had Mushroom Farro risotto (not sure if I mentioned that)
Tonight and tomorrow:
I will probably have Lentil Bolognese tonight, to use up tomatoes in the fridge.
And thanks to @Wraithlady for mentioning shakshuka, as I have a half bag of leeks in the freezer and avocado and other ingredients, to do Green Shakshuka.

My menu plan has gone completely to pot this week as DH and I have been helping our friend to move. She bought us kebabs for dinner last night so everything is going to be moved on a day and I will leave the sausage casserole off the list as the sausages are in the freezer so can last until next week!
Curry for tomorrow night is made and will just need to be reheated.1 -
The frittata was repeated again today as the kids enjoyed it so much, my little girl made it yesterday and I made it today. They decided yesterday was better
Think I will just skip out the cheese and potato pie and carry on as per the plan tomorrow.
