            Didn’t stick to last week’s plan as was out to lunch more than expected, so this week’s looks like a repeat but isn’t.

 I'm planning to make it next week and have it with grilled mackerel. Thinking of using this recipe, but need to buy coriander seeds, which are generally a good thing to have in the cupboard. Not keen on turnip so will leave that out.K9sandFelines said:It's very nice. Have you tried making it yet?

 I've lost the plot with the meal plan a little since daughter went back to uni house.

 Have managed to stick on plan this week so far. Will do burgers with all the side bits tonight to stop us wanting to eat out. Off on a trip out and I know OH will suggest a takeaway on the way home so I need to be prepared!2

            I have never heard of turlu but as I often make a Ratatouille, its definitely something I will try. Thankyou for posting it.
 My meal plan will be something along these lines.
 Sat: tuna steaks, with a teriyaki glaze with a stirfry.
 Sun : Pork, Yorkshire pudding, stuffing, red cabbage, carrots and green beans.
 Apple pie and ice cream.
 Mon : salad with new potatoes, chicken and/ or mushroom quiche.
 Tues : quorn bolognese pasta bake. Green salad, focaccia bread.
 Wednesday: pies, steak for husband, chicken for daughter and I will have leftover pasta bake. Tenderstem broccoli.
 Thursday: roasted veg traybake. I will do one with chicken thighs and chorizo. Mine will have falafel with it.
 Fri usually a fish day.2

            Didn't stick completely to plan this week as we ended up eating out for lunch one day and last night were invited out for dinner by a friend for helping her out with loads of sorting prior to her moving soon for which she paid - and very nice it was too! So this week's meal plan has been changed a bit!
 Sun - mixed fish kedgeree with salmon, smoked haddock and prawns
 Mon - Chana masala, rice
 Tues - lamb neck casserole, potatoes, green veg
 Wed - sweet and sour chicken, rice
 Thurs - mixed bean goulash, pasta
 Fri - Sea bass, new potatoes, veg
 Sat - prawn curry, rice

            Hi everyone, another week done!
 This weeks menu;
 Monday- Jacket potato with bacon & beans
 Tuesday- Bean chilli
 Wednesday- Hot dogs & wedges
 Thursday- Burritos
 Friday- Sweet & sour, usually buy a jar but going to try my own this week.
 Saturday- egg fried rice with veg and quorn steak strips
 Sunday- pasta or pizza, not decided yet.2

            Morning everyone. I also have never heard of turlu but that recipe looks delicious so might have that as my lunches next week.
 M - Bolognese stuffed peppers and salad
 T - Salmon with mixed green veg for me / LO stew for DH
 W - Pesto pasta bake
 T - Gammon steak, egg and beans
 F - Pulled Pork Nachos
 S - Salmon with potato gratin and broccoli

            This week's meal plan starts today running for a week. I have a special occasion to look forward to that involves eating out (yeh ) and one or possibly 2 meals will be something easy /or pre-made from the freezer. ) and one or possibly 2 meals will be something easy /or pre-made from the freezer.
 Looking like this:- Fish pie (mash top, parsley sauce kind - no cheese   ) with peas and carrots. ) with peas and carrots.
- HM quiche Lorraine, salad
- Chickpea, pepper and sweet potato curry, bit of LO dhal and rice
- Griddled sardines with turla-turla (thanks to K9sandFelines for the inspiration)
- Orzo with chorizo, peppers and roast tomatoes, with salad
- HM pizza night
- Eating out, yeh   
 
 Starting to get quite a glut of strawberries from the garden now, which is amazing so they peaches and melon are this week's fruit choices. G yogurt, crackers for snacks etc if required.
