    I try to keep to a maximum of 50g carbs a day.
    Keto Fitness Club UK Recipes and Community, it is a free group and have a great recipe library, free to access, there is a members group but you don`t gain that much, the family who started it shop mostly Aldi, and there are no keto police.
    Do I need it or just want it.

    I am a member of the group Pamsdish mentioned, but the diet I do isn’t keto but is the Harcombe diet, where low fat carb meals can be eaten separately from higher fat low carb meals… hence my interest in low carb recipes.

    This is what it's looking like this week. Though depending on the weather/work there may be some changes.

    • Gnocchi bake - squishy creamy HM baby tomato & bail sauce, mozzarella / padano topping and salad (yum)
    • Pepper, pork & prawn stir fry veg with noodles (using up bits from freezer / fridge)
    • HM beef burgers with usual trimmings, actifry wedges and salad (BBQ if weather holds)
    • HM fish, chips and peas (using the Iceland cod for the first time hope its nice)
    • Beef and mushroom stroganoff, rice and pan-fried garlicky savoy, peas, green-beans

    • All-in-one tray roasted lemon / herb chicken with feta crushed new pots and salad

    Got mushrooms, courgettes and savoy to use up - can incorporate them in a few meals this week.

    Lunches are salad sandwiches/rolls with cold meat, hb eggs or tuna. Thinking of making celery soup too.

    Got strawberries, peaches, melon, grapes and oranges in so considering a big bowl of fruit salad for afters / snacks. Maybe a jelly would be good with that too...

    I ate it the other day and the Spanish beans last night.
    I've lost the plot with the meal plan a little since daughter went back to uni house.

    Sorry I've been missing in action folks. My sleep is not good at the moment, which is affecting my appetite. 
    I think I mainly had what I wrote above. It might have changed slightly.
    I know we had meatballs, and homemade green pesto with pasta at some point on DD2s request.

    This week so far I have had:
    Turlu,  Spanish beans and jacket potato and Beans on toast.
    I've not planned the rest of the week as I'm on my own and I'm running the freezer down, so will come back and update again in a day or so.

    Hello everyone.

    I hope you don't mind if I join in?

    I am due to start a new job and what with all the other stuff I deal with I will need to be very organised. If I meal plan I can shop weekly instead of almost daily! This will save money and time. Well that is the plan anyway...

    I am kind of restricted as I don't have my own kitchen so I need to keep it simple. I have a soup maker and one pot! I hope to get lots of ideas from you all  :)

    Breakfast every day = Banana, pear and a handful of Brazil nuts

    Evening meal every day =Chicken, quinoa and veg (whatever I have ) soup

    Lunches are my main meals= Quinoa, veggies, humous, olives, baby tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, chicken (or fish) seeds, and any other raw veggies or avocado in the fridge!

    Chocolate, fruits, toasted nuts.

    Off to create a shopping list for the coming week.

     I shop at Mr Al and buy YS when I see it  :)

    i have also been missing in action , MIL passed away covid and we are all STILL getting over and loss appetites. 

    Sat pizza 
    sun Roast with chard
    Monday cheesy mushroom aubergines
    tuesday omolette with mushrroms
    wednesday jacket spud beans and beet leaves
    Thursday fajittas peppers onions tomatoes cheese or beef
    friday spuds beet with lettuce and cheese

    Repeat

    My hubbys gone a bit funny as i gave her a kiss on forehead before undertakers took her away and he cant get over the fact i kissed a dead body
