Was under budget with the food shop yesterday so that's a bonus. Using up a few leftover things from last week like coleslaw, half the pork joint I bought for sweet and sour last week, a block of feta that's been in the fridge a while and some tomatoes. Lunches are tuna salad for me and breakfast is fruit salad, yogurt and eggs. Meal plan for the week currently:
M - Slow cooked pulled pork with LO coleslaw and mac and cheese
T - Roast tomato and feta pasta
W - Lentil curry with gunpowder potatoes
T - LO tomato and feta pasta
F - Lasagne and broccoli
S - Jacket potato

The menu plan has changed again as found a some bacon in the fridge which I'd forgotten about and it really needs using so the plan is now:
M - bacon, egg, chips, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes (mushrooms and tomatoes from TGTG bag)
T - beef stirfry - LO roast from Sunday, veg and noodles from TGTG bag
W - Mushroom stroganoff - mushrooms from TGTG bag
T - goat curry with rice
F - baked ginger salmon with noodles & green veg
S - Lamb Hotpot
Hopefully it won't change again!

meal plan from today, just realised got no salmon and no courgettes so tomorrow will be adapted. Have switched Friday and Tuesday as will have courgettes by Friday, although I was trying to avoid cauli 2 days running.
Just noticed I have made an error, it`s smoked haddock and leek risotto.
The risotto sounds lovely, I love leeks3 -
@justkeepswimmimg it is nice I don`t eat many carbs so my "rice" will be cauliflower, the pepperjack cauli cheese today was good, although I subbed cheddar.Do I need it or just want it.4
