This week has been largely ham related and will continue to be.Monday- carbonara
Tuesday - Buddah bowl with ham
Wednesday - Tuna fish cakes with mash and frozen greens
Thursday - chicken pad Thai
Friday - hopefully homemade pizzas (ham and pineapple mostly and probably chicken and chorizo however I haven’t got any mozerella so might just grab something from the freezer as the ham will freeze fine and the chorizo will keep

Glad to see this thread is still going strong. Welcome to any newcomers.
RL has been a bit stressful at the mo so haven't really meal planned properly.
Yesterday I just had Coronation Jackfruit on rolls and DD had Jackfruit pasta mayo.
Today I had aglio e olio and daughter had tikka naan pizza.
Menu plan for rest of the week is loosely based on the below.

My plan has already gone to pot this week, Monday we did have the hash. Yesterday I made the bean burgers. But Husband called in and got a y/s haul on his way back from work as everything was 10p because of a system error yesterday, I didn’t know this and picked up a freezer bundle from olio, managed to cram most things in, but the remainders will be our meal tonight. Kids will have sausage muffins with carrot & cucmber sticks. We will be having a mixup when husband is home from work tonight. I’m now not sure what we will have tomorrow either.
hope to be back on plan with frozen pizza on Friday, Chana masala on Saturday and we are doing giant hot dogs, macaroni (frozen) and loaded nachos for husband on Sunday.Just to add, my little one has been quite poorly with cough and constant fever for almost 3 days (fever has finally gone today thankfully) which would usually mean buying takeaway/convenience food/treats/whatever the poorly one wants etc because of no sleep and a being clung to and wanting to cheer them up with food etc, Even if there is plenty in the house. However this time, I have spent £0 extra and just used up what we already have in. And I think this is partly because of this thread, having my plan written up, so thank you for keeping me on track(ish) everyone and thanks @K9sandFelines for starting the thread5 -

Meal plan not very extravagant this week (it rarely is)

Thursday- quorn sweet and sour with egg noodles
Friday- cheese and spinach pasta
Saturday- pizza from freezer with Hm chips/wedges
Sunday- Steak pie, roasts, veg .. all from Iceland, picked up for free from olio with Hm Yorkshires & stuffing
Cereal for breakfasts for kids, weekday lunches for kids - mini sausage rolls and cucumber, bacon and lettuce wrap, egg salad wrap x2, pizza baguettes. For puddings ice cream, rice pudding and will make a coconut jam tray cake later in week.2 -

Menu plan for rest of the week is loosely based on the below.
Saturday I had a satay style ramen tea.
Last night bibimbap bowl.
Tonight we are having Coronation Jackfruit in Jacket potato with salad.
Tuesday: Hopefully the grill up
Wednesday will be BBQ jackfruit, as I found a double portion in the freezer ( I thought I'd only frozen one single portion), and DD2 is still here.
Thursday: Think its just me. I have some single portions of things floating around in the freezer, so may be something like Spanish beans or Turlu Turlu with pasta.
Friday: Aubergine curry with curry noodles
Saturday: Something beige like fishless fingers or fishless fillet/burger and chips.
Sunday : Savoury lentils/mince w. mash or mini roasties and greens

I had to google Turlu K9andFelines sounds very nice.
This is what it's looking like this week. Though depending on the weather/work there may be some changes.- Gnocchi bake - squishy creamy HM baby tomato & bail sauce, mozzarella / padano topping and salad (yum)
- Pepper, pork & prawn stir fry veg with noodles (using up bits from freezer / fridge)
- HM beef burgers with usual trimmings, actifry wedges and salad (BBQ if weather holds)
- HM fish, chips and peas (using the Iceland cod for the first time hope its nice)
- Beef and mushroom stroganoff, rice and pan-fried garlicky savoy, peas, green-beans
- All-in-one tray roasted lemon / herb chicken with feta crushed new pots and salad
- Easy meal with eggs or freezer find or maybe just a cold meat/cheese/salady picky plate
Got mushrooms, courgettes and savoy to use up - can incorporate them in a few meals this week.
Lunches are salad sandwiches/rolls with cold meat, hb eggs or tuna. Thinking of making celery soup too.
Got strawberries, peaches, melon, grapes and oranges in so considering a big bowl of fruit salad for afters / snacks. Maybe a jelly would be good with that too...
Have a great week everyone.
