@joedenise thanks for that, looks like it'll be Mr T unless we are forced to go into our local not very pleasant large town where the nearest £land is

All "gold" coffees taste the same - there's no need to buy a branded one. Tesco gold decaff @ £3/200g. You can probably buy an equivalent even cheaper somewhere.4

I might try him with a small jar of own brand and see how he gets on with it.@Floss thanks for that, there's a B&M not too far away, I'll take a look there next time I go by.I discovered there's a more local £land to me and went in there this morning but they only had small jars and it didn't look like there was any space on the shelves where the big jars would be. I'm not desperate yet (still got 6 jars!) but I'd rather maintain a decent lower priced stockpile than have to pay anything approaching the £8.09 of the Coop if that's where prices are heading.Noticed that the Greek yogurt I buy in Tesco has gone up another 6p. A few months back it was 45p, now it's 65p.Make £2025 in 2025

The Institute of Grocery Distribution's latest report says food price inflation is likely to peak at up to 15% this summer and remain at high levels into the middle of next year. Products that are most likely to be affected are meat, cereal products, dairy, fruit and veg and other products that rely on wheat for feed (eg white meats). If this is the case, it would make sense (as Slinky says) to have a decent lower priced stockpile at home (if you can afford it and have the storage space).
Sorry to be so depressing folks, but it looks like we're in for yet more belt tightening!Be kind to others and to yourself too.7
