  • Another one here with very belated birthday wishes.

    Has the smart meter resolved itself? it might be worth downloading the Bright app as that will tell you whether the meter is actually doing what it should and it's just that for some reason the supplier isn't getting them. I assume that the electric meter is working as it should be? Does anything show from the gas meter on the IHD or does it still just show electric?

    I have lodged a complaint with energy provider and they have been very helpful so far. The electric smart meter works fine that's a SMET 1 , they only changed the gas one . They didn't leave an IHD. 

    I am ready for Christmas now I think, all the food shopping is done , presents wrapped , cleaning done .
    Have the DGD tomorrow so some hoovering will need doing Saturday.
