Another one here with very belated birthday wishes.
Has the smart meter resolved itself? it might be worth downloading the Bright app as that will tell you whether the meter is actually doing what it should and it's just that for some reason the supplier isn't getting them. I assume that the electric meter is working as it should be? The electric smart meter works fine that's a SMET 1 , they only changed the gas one . They didn't leave an IHD.I am ready for Christmas now I think, all the food shopping is done , presents wrapped , cleaning done .
