That's why our MPs have referred to these unregulated companies as rogues, scammers, and bloodsuckers.
In your repeat SAR you could add "or unwilling" after "unable" to imply they are deliberately withholding your data.
You should still specifically ask for them exactly as you have posted, and follow up with your complaint to the ICO about them when they fail to provide the images, and complain to the ICO about the DVLA for selling your personal data without a valid reason.
If you have proof the vehicle was elsewhere in between the first and second visit, then include that in your ICO complaints.Chilts said:KeithP said:Chilts said:Fruitcake said:They won't have retained the images of the first exit and second entry because they will have deliberately set up their ANPR system to delete them so they can pretend they never existed, and pretend the double dip never occurred. There are enough people out there who are absolutely terrified of 'anything court' that they can make a fortune by ignoring any evidence against them at this stage.

Just three or four people sitting round a table having a discussion.
That video was made a few years ago and most hearings nowadays seem to be via telephone or video link.1 -
Isn't it just!
Did you complain to the landowner and threaten to sue them for their agent's actions in misusing your DVLA data and conveniently losing the 'orphan images' in the middle? That can get these cancelled and the landowner will be horrified to know what's going on to people who drive in twice in 24 hours.
You could also get your MP to complain. And you plus MP can complain as well, to the trade body that no 'human checks' of the images were carried out before grabbing your DVLA data and rushing to issue a PCN. This is against all Codes of Practice.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So, it’s been a while and I had heard nothing. At the weekend I received a “final reminder” to pay the full amount of £100.I also finally found the DPO contact details, I made my now fourth SAR and….”out of office reply” as they’re on maternity leave, it just gets better and better.0

Send a complaint (even if you have to post it), give them seven days to reply and if nothing, report them to the ICO online.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You were asked this:Even if you have location services switched off on your phone something may have still been recorded , on a computer not a phone or tablet go to a web browser ie chrome, and then go to google maps, log into the same google account that you have on your phone, click on the menu icon ( three lines to the left top) and select your timeline select the date you want.Next click on the gear icon at the bottom right and select show raw data you will see the timeline on the map now has red blobs, zoom in and hover over one of the blobs and you will see the time at that location.
Have you done this??From the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"2 -

I see that members have suggested to OP several times that a complaint to DVLA is made, which does not appear to have been confirmed. Perhaps the MP can also write to the DVLA as well as the ppc?.3
