Just respond in the same robust style as on all the other LBC threads from this week.
Thank you, it’s taken me back a little as I thought it was done for but never mind. I’ll look at those threads over the weekend and try not to let it worry me.

Others are stating the solicitors involved, they are Gladstone’s.

    Just found this one.

and of course the newbies thread.

I’ve revived correspondence with my MP as he failed to reply to me the previous time I messaged him.

The solicitor’s letter mentions something about disputing using a “reply form”, I assume that I don’t want to do that.

So my plan of action is:
    1. Email ppc again for an SAR (3rd or 4th time)
    2. Email solicitor requesting it is put “on hold” and that I’ve requested yet another SAR

The letter is dated 6th February, what is my deadline for these? They are requesting payment within 30 days of the dated letter.

If the PPC has failed to respond to your SAR within one calendar month report them to the ICO with no further warnings, if less than one month just be patient.  Send the "on hold" letter to the solicitor on the basis that you are seeking debt advice, even though you deny any debt exists, in line with the pre-action protocol for debt claims.  The solicitor won't care that you have submitted a SAR (I know it states that in the NEWBIE sticky) but why would they help you?

It’s actually quite funny now. I have requested an SAR a few times and been ignored, been sent an out-of-office reply as on maternity leave and now today; “Your message wasn’t delivered because the address could love found or is unable to receive email.” - despite this being the address on their privacy page.

    Surely this isn’t ok!

So, have you actually reported this to the ICO yet? Your initial report should have been 31 days after you first sent your SAR and didn't receive the information.

My initial complaint was sent to them 23 May 2022.

I received a reply asking for information on the 18 July 2022.

    I replied on the 1 August 2022.

    The question was...
Have you reported their failure to reply to a SAR within the time scale allowed - one calendar month - to the Information Commissioner's Office?

    I replied on the 1 August 2022.

I have since contacted them again using the same case reference as I’m yet to receive a reply.
