The SAR is incomplete anyway if they failed to look for the ANPR orphan images, given this is a double dip case.

Reply and tell them what data you know is missing, instruct them to send it within 7 days or you will complaint to the ICO.
Complain to the ICO if they fail to supply the missing data.
This should be a separate complaint to the one you would make about them unlawfully obtaining and processing your data without reason.

Did you complain to the DVLA about their unlawful data breach, and did you report them to the ICO as well?

Both shops at the site say that they’re unable to help me.

But the Completely Retail advert on Google when you search, tells you who owns it.

When I’m back from our holiday, I’m going to get on to all of these suggestions, thanks so much.

Do you think it would help to cc the CEO of the parking company into my email too?

No harm, but he'll do nothing to help you.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
